  1. Speaking to the landlord about it would be the appropriate first step. If the camera isn't taken down, you might claim it's an invasion of privacy, unless for some reason it's considered necessary due to theft of illegal activities you don't know about yet.

  4. I understand why you feel the way you do because I was "there" early on in my landlording career. Your problem is that you are emotionally attached to the house - once you get past that, you won't take things so personally.
