That should be stated on the packages. I only see watts on ebay items but the manufacturer should have the info.

it can cause heat problems to lenses. over heat wiring. Just keep it stock no reason to upgrade or change what the manufacturer uses. Also some are DOT approved but not legal to use on your vehicle.
