You could try just leaving it for a while, sometimes this works. Windows Movie Maker is a very temperamental program. In the future make sure you save regularly.

Why dont you try to convert it to a less amount format... maybe is a problem with your conectivity not the page(a timeout error) Save it to your computer first, then convert it to another format with less weight and try to upload again

i would suggest two step remedy 1) download / install /run CCleaner (run cleaner and issues menus) 2) Download and install current version of windows movie maker from microsoft's website
