Kenneth, you can get them at a Home Depot. The cheapest line runs $5 apiece. They also cut them to specific widths (if you need that) at no charge.

You can get replacement blinds custom cut to size at any of the big box home supply stores such as home depot or Lowe's, for relatively reasonable prices.
