In Canada you would go to law school (a university Faculty of Law) after first getting an undergraduate degree. That degree can be in any field, so you could get a BA in History or a BSc in Chemistry or anything else you want...

Both of those degrees are graduate level degrees. For pharmacy, many of the colleges do not accept international students.

Financial aid for international students is practically non-existent in the US. Sorry The drop-out rate for international students in Bachelors programs is huge - over 80%
