R highly recommend windows 7 instead of vasta especially if you are going to be gaming (i know this from personal experience...) and you might want to look into a Better cpu but your cpu should be ok, as for the compatibility im not entirely shure sorry.

Hello How much are you willing to spend on a Video card or can you afford a totally new system. If not the motherboard is a dell what is the model number of the motherboard and if you have a picture of it that would help me look for a video card for you.

yes, you always can, but check if its enough for your card, and consider, if you want to have some more fans, coolers, or do sli or crossfire, cause then you might (just might) need more power, but dont buy one that has power, that you cant use, and spend a fortune on stuff that you dont need, but 750w should be fine...
