Well, I know Adobe CS4 works just fine in Windows 7, and I don't see why 3ds Max wouldn't work in Windows 7 (I mean, it works in Vista 64-bit, right?)

I know that 3ds max is (at least mostly) written in c++, and pretty sure the other you mentioned are too.

There are some 3d engines for flash that support them, papervision3D comes to mind. Don't expect awesome performance, it can be kinda slow and a pain in the butt.
