  5. Well, I know Adobe CS4 works just fine in Windows 7, and I don't see why 3ds Max wouldn't work in Windows 7 (I mean, it works in Vista 64-bit, right?)

  9. There are some 3d engines for flash that support them, papervision3D comes to mind. Don't expect awesome performance, it can be kinda slow and a pain in the butt.
