  6. Hi... It is not going to work.... It's the same for every project file from windows movie maker to Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas... PROJECT files contain No video and No audio...

  8. Do you have access to Premiere and After Effects? The files are both project files which will need to be rendered in the original and then they can be used in FCP.

  10. When u render your file go to composition > add to render queue > output module > format u can chose a variaty of files im which u project can be render as. Including WMV and MP4
