Click on Forgot password and they will send an email to your alternate account with a code to click on to reset the password That email usually lands in the Spam folder. Have a good day R ó G é R

Probably means the person you are sending the email to is having issues with their account so the email is getting rejected.. That's what happened to me a few days back.
