They do not simply because they receive disability. The ADA has specific conditions which must be met in order to be protected under the ADA. Google ADA and peruse the site.

There are a number of different areas where the ADA applies, but in no case does it require businesses to change how they operate to accommodate every single person who comes in for every eventuality.
