Well, it's a sign of a guaranteed product. But that's not to say other products aren't as good. Any fluoride toothpaste is going to be much the same as any other. After all, we're not talking about cardiac pacemakers here...

Not exactly sure what the question is, But I am all for sealants. They are usually placed on bicuspids and molars when the 2nd set of teeth come in. a good defense against getting cavities.
