  6. 911? Not a government record. You'll need a subpoena, not FOIA... have copies of calls that are RELEASED by the 911 center. IN light of privacy concerns, not all are.

  8. contact the prosecuting attorney...in writing explain it is brady evidence to prove your innocence.. tapes are digital so probably kept 10 years or more...why do you want them....
