I agree, don't put in super bright lights, that's very hard on the other drivers and disrespectful. I see many Honda's with bright lights and want to slap some sense into them! Good thing you came here for some practical advice!

No - these all have slightly different fittings. There is not much to see, but the lugs where the bulbs go in to the socket are different. These are also known as HB1 (9004) and HB3 (9005).

Yes the H4/ 9003 bulb is the same plug. They both have the 3 prong setup.

A 9003 bulb is the proper bulb for your application. Those Silverstars are very good bulbs and would be an excellent choice. That's a pretty decent price, too.

It's the same bulb . H4 is the original European designation, 9003 is the American designation.
