Long, and the short hair makes your face more round to me, the short bangs and short overal does not really make u look better. The Long hair does though, and if u could go even longer it look pretty cool i think.

i would go with the first or the fourth one. my least favorite is the third one, but i think any of them could work. my opinion is that the first and fourth styles are the best. hope that helps!

i think your hair looks fine. the best choice would b to get a new haircut. But if you must dye your hair then i would say either brown or black. Brown won't look really different, and black would make you just look different.hope i helped.
