u must go to network connections, and set up a private network between the two. it should give u a little tutorial or guide when u get there. then, make sure they are interlinked. do this by sending a file from one to the other. then go to lan, and host on one. the server should show up under lan

No. Only the official 360 wifi adapter works via USB. The one put out for the original Xbox works as well. The product you're talking about requires drivers for it to work that the 360 doesn't have and won't support...
