I think it resets every month...not sure if the month starts when you setup or each actual month. try using it only if you have to for the free version. nuff respect.

Look up their ISP and block the entire address space. Since the address space only consists of servers, none of which have a reason to connect to your server, you will block them but not affect any real users.
